I'm a chef, storyteller, and the founder of Dastahn. Through food, I share the flavors, traditions, and stories of Iran drawing inspiration from the kitchens I grew up in, the people who shaped me, and the regions that make Iranian cuisine so rich and diverse.
For me, cooking is about more than feeding people. It's about creating connection, sparking conversation, and bringing people together around a table. Through pop-ups, events, and shared meals, I hope to offer a taste of home while inviting others to discover the stories behind each dish.
